What owners can expect before evaluation and throughout a BarkClub membership.

Service model

BarkClub provides recurring, structured 60-minute pack walks with pickup and return. Walks operate Monday through Thursday between 7am and 11am. Membership requires at least two walks per week and is priced at $65 per walk.

Eligibility

To be considered for a BarkClub pack, a dog must:

  • Be at least one year old.
  • Have no history of biting a person or another dog.
  • Demonstrate behavior that Ivanna determines can be managed safely in a small, compatible group.

Owners must provide complete and accurate information about bite history and known behavior during the inquiry and evaluation process. Meeting the baseline requirements does not guarantee placement.

Free in-home evaluation

Every dog starts with a free 30-minute evaluation in the client’s home. The visit allows Ivanna to meet the dog in a familiar environment, discuss routine and behavior, and observe temperament, energy, and responsiveness.

After the evaluation, Ivanna will explain whether BarkClub appears to be a suitable next step. There is no membership commitment simply for completing an evaluation.

Pack size and placement

Each pack is capped at four dogs per handler. Groups may be smaller when that better serves the dogs involved.

Placement is based on behavior, temperament, energy, and compatibility rather than convenience. New dogs are introduced gradually, and placement may change as Ivanna learns more about how each dog moves and responds within the group.

Ongoing behavioral fit

Pack participation depends on continued safe, manageable behavior. BarkClub may pause, change, or end a dog’s participation if behavior creates a meaningful risk to the dog, another dog, the handler, or the public.

Clients must promptly disclose any bite incident or significant behavioral change that occurs after the initial evaluation. A dog that develops a bite history is no longer eligible for pack walks.

Pickup, access, and communication

Clients are responsible for providing accurate contact and access information and for ensuring the dog is safely available for pickup. Schedule, access, and care instructions should be kept current so Ivanna can provide consistent service.

Membership details

Recurring schedule, payment timing, cancellation terms, home-access instructions, emergency contacts, and any dog-specific care instructions will be confirmed in the client onboarding agreement before walks begin. That agreement controls if it conflicts with this general website summary.
